Domestic NOC (Jakarta)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3/S1 in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in NOC, Network Operations, or Network Engineer.
3. Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, Fiber Optic, and GPON.
4. Able to perform network monitoring, L1 troubleshooting, incident handling, and escalation.
5. Familiar with NMS/Network Monitoring Tools and ticketing systems.
6. Able to analyze network issues and provide incident updates and reports according to SLA.
7. Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
8. Willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis.
