NOC Global (Jakarta)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3/S1 in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience in NOC or Network Engineer is preferred.
3. Fluent in English with strong skills in speaking, writing, and reading for communication with international customers.
4. Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, and Fiber Optic.
5. Basic knowledge of DWDM and IPLC services.
6. Able to perform L1 incident handling, including network monitoring, basic troubleshooting, incident analysis, escalation, and customer updates based on SLA.
7. Familiar with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
8. Willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis.
9. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
